Maintenance and Cleaning
Maintaining and
cleaning the tap
Please note that sanitary taps require special care
and attention. Therefore, please follow the instructions:
When cleaning, never use petrol, solvent, ag-
gressive cleansers or hard cleaning brushes etc.
These could damage the surface of the product.
Dry your taps with a cloth after every use in
order to avoid the build-up of any limescale.
Clean the product with a damp, soft cloth and
a mild cleaning agent if required.
Unscrew and remove the aerator
23
at regular
interval and remove any residues of scale or
foreign bodies. In case of sever contamination
or damage, replace the aerator
23
with a new
one which you can order from the Service
Centre notified to you.
Note: The aerator
23
can normally be un-
screwed by hand. Otherwise use an open-end
spanner SW 22 mm and be sure to wrap the
aerator
23
with a thin damp cloth to prevent
damaging it. A pipe wrench with plastic jaws is
also suitable.
Non-observance of the above care advice can be
expected to result in damage to the surfaces of the
product. In this event your rights under the warranty
may be invalidated.
